Satish Prasad Bhatt

Mr. Bhatt, is a finance professional, investment strategist, and academician with over a decade of experience in Nepal’s financial and educational sectors. Born on April 21, 1990, in Hilly Region of Nepal (District-Baitadi), he presently resides in Kathmandu. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Finance from Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University.

Mr. Bhatt has been serving as the Executive Chairman of GEMS Investment Pvt. Ltd. since 2020, where he leads strategic investment decisions and business operations. Prior to this, he worked as a Securities Portfolio Investment Head (Officer/Analyst) at Kathmandu Capital Limited, gaining extensive experience in portfolio management, market analysis, and investment advisory. His early career includes roles as a researcher, trainer, and investment advisor across various institutions.

Alongside his professional career, he has made significant contributions to academia. He has been a lecturer at both master’s and bachelor’s levels, teaching subjects such as Financial Management, Investment Management, and Corporate Finance in reputed colleges in Kathmandu.

With strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills, he is contributing to the growth of the financial sector while shaping future business professionals through education.
